Charles Rage

Charles Rage was a five star General that served with the United States Military he is well respected by the Government and the people and has all the right connections. However, what people do not realize is Rage's great disgust towards those that carry the Hybrid Gene this is most likely due to the fact that he keeps this to himself and covers up his more sinister personality. Rage has been caught once by a close associate saying that if he could eliminate all of those abominations he would do so in a heartbeat. Of course, that associate didn't live to tell the tale. Charles Rage is the head of H.U.N.T.E.R and is more ruthless than ever. Rage is detaining HYBRIDS with force and illegally trading them in for loads of money in return that they be conducted in inhumane experiments. HYBRIDS that join H.U.N.T.E.R aren't given special treatment it's more like forced labor. Charles Rage is overall a cold, calculating individual that's bent on the destruction of all people carrying the Hybrid gene.
