	Carson City Historical Knowledge: The Consolidated Municipality of Carson City is the capital of the State of Nevada. A 2006 population estimate places its population at 57,701. Carson City is now an independent city and is its own Metropolitan Statistical Area. Like many towns in Nevada, Carson City was founded in the boom days of mining. 	Mutageno Facility Mutageno is a secure governmental-owned facility located amidst the deserts of Nevada. It is one of many H.U.N.T.E.R. Intermediary Hubs or H.I.B. It serves as a base-of-operations for members of H.U.N.T.E.R. operatives as well as the headquarters of GHOST. Because Charles Rage operates from all over North America and the rest of the world, he has many H.I.B.'s installed all throughout.
